Meet the Team

The company was founded in 2023 by Katarina and Magdalena, both senior consultants and PCC coaches. They also have extensive experience in own leadership in complex and large organizations. Together, they have supported hundreds of individuals and organizations in their development and transformation. Just a perfect day collaborates with different consultants depending on the customer need.
